1. The text on the surface of genuine aluminum tubes is usually imported spray code. Clear handwriting, clear and authentic general markings such as trademark identification, manufacturer, address, and even phone number; The text on the surface of counterfeit and inferior aluminum tubes is mostly printed using ordinary printing machines, The handwriting is blurry, and the manufacturer, logo, etc. are generally unknown or not labeled.
2. Authentic aluminum tubes are made of high-quality raw materials with high processing accuracy. The surface and inner layers have a smooth and even texture, with no debris present; However, counterfeit aluminum-plastic pipe products have relatively poor quality due to cutting corners and materials.
3. Authentic aluminum-plastic pipes and aluminum strips have uniform wall thickness, and the aluminum tubes are tightly bonded. The quality and thickness of the pipes and aluminum strips can meet relevant national standards; However, counterfeit and inferior products have a large deviation in wall thickness, and the aluminum plate is relatively thin, And the overlap gap between aluminum pipes is relatively large.
4. Burns

Use an open flame to ignite the pipeline. True aluminum-plastic pipes are welded using ultrasonic lap welding or butt welding, mainly using hydrogen arc welding. The interface is quite tight, and the aluminum sheet will not fall off after being ignited by an open flame in the pipeline; However, counterfeit and inferior aluminum-plastic pipes and other composite pipes have aluminum sheets that are not welded and the joints are not tight. Aluminum sheets will fall off when ignited.

3. Cutting

Cut the aluminum tube into spiral strips using a pipe cutter, and peel off the aluminum tube layer and PE layer by hand. The real aluminum-plastic pipe is a 5-layer composite structure. The aluminum layer and PE layer are tightly bonded. It is difficult to separate the aluminum tube layer from the PE layer when peeling by hand. But counterfeit and inferior products are cut corners, and the aluminum layer and PE layer are not tightly bonded. Very easy to peel off.

4. Testing

Use a small pressure pump to test the pressure resistance of aluminum pipes. The explosion internal pressure of genuine aluminum-plastic pipes is relatively high, generally meeting or exceeding the requirements of relevant national regulations; However, the blasting internal pressure of counterfeit and inferior products is generally low or even lower, making it difficult to meet the requirements for use.
